It is with great sadness that we have learnt of the death of Professor Peter Sleight on 7 October 2020 at the age of 91.  Peter was President of the (then) British Hypertension Society 1993-95 and was well-respected in the world of cardiovascular research and clinical care.  He will be greatly missed.
