Dear Colleagues,

Last year we asked BIHS members for their views on screening strategies and clinical management of primary hyperaldosteronism among patients with hypertension. Taking these views into consideration, alongside a critical review of the existing literature and expert opinions, a practical approach to the management of primary hyperaldosteronism has now been published in Journal of Human Hypertension.
